Eos 7d Low Light
Hello everyone. Please solve this dilemma. D7000 Nikon or Canon EOS 7D?

Objective: 1. Paparazzi type. we need as much as possible … between two, that can generate a more life-like images of idols? ps (let the harassment em: D) 2. In light photo / videography (concert) 3. Please advise on lenses for the above purpose ONLY. 4. Rate 7D explosion megapixels and responsiveness, they are even making it incredible D7000 more ergonomic. However, the D7000 shoots better in low light at f/1.4? And I think you need more advice on the headlights too. THANKS! In total, I just need good specifications and comparisons. I've seen tons of comments, read a lot of information in the library, the Internet and I'm still in the middle: /

Where there are differences in the two camera specifications, you can or can not handle. For example, if you shoot with your camera, you can not care what you have the advantage. Or if you do not need wireless file transfer, you may not care that Canon makes a choice, and Nikon does not. Already I'm reviewing these differences, I am mentioning all I could find, or not important to me. However, my conclusions are based on whether or not they are important for me.

Canon EOS 5D Mark II Review

I can not say much more than what has been said that in my arsenal of lenses Canon "rather than" I found IQ differences are remarkable, while my 30D could not "see" the differences. lenses are Canon EF 70-200 mm f4, Canon EF 28-135mm f4-f5.6, Sigma 18-50 mm f2.8-f2.8 Tokina 11-16 mm. First, the digital Tokina. As expected, the ball is bad, but 16mm 11mm perfectly acceptable and still going strong. The Sigma has not been proven at this time. The Canon EF 28-135 mm is smooth at all settings and Canon EF 70-200 mm is excellent in all zoom ranges. With an upcoming trip to the coast of California and Oregon, I have the Canon EF 70-200 mm and the Tokina more and save both to the test. The Sigma I suppose can be good in 50 mm, because it shows some weakness below f5.6 on my 30D.
I'll report my success and success is not so great.

I bought the Canon 5D for like a video, I really am a Nikon user for many years and in fact I use with Nikon lenses. I found that Canon did not alter the images to Nikon camera is Nikon so I prefer to use when It is still images.
The video quality is the reason why I, I do documentary nature and uses a Panasonic HVX-200 with an adapter lens for a 35mm film image and the ability to use long lenses to Nikon.
I have received over the wishes and was fun at first, but the camera has become a huge monster heavy. This, along with other necessary equipment made me stop using the adapter and finally bought this camera.
For most of my needs with a video camera right now I have an HPX-150 and left and leave the P2 adapter too.
The Canon 5D is not a video camera itself and can not be used as well, but the image quality it produces is fantastic and work done for pictures with her.
You will need to update your technique that you do not need to know what you do with speed and aperture and ND filters and lighting. The 5D remember a camera, which provides an opening (which rotates 180 degrees) is a session / stop button on the camera!
If your dilemma 5D or 7D … 5D go! The image is more organic and the pixel size of the sensor under consideration may appear in higher resolution and better photos low light.
Nikon lenses work perfect and very inexpensive adapters are available and work with SD cards is great!
Cons … No quality its real, and it is a great environment because it is very likely you need a portable recorder and sound synchronization with which images obtained.
We need to work on ergonomics as it is designed to be a camera and is difficult to move, like a real movie camera.
Hope this helps!

What kind of camera dslr camera to get?

Hi! I have had a nikon d5000 for almost a year and a half, but I really want to upgrade my cameras to something in the $1500-$2500 range. I can’t seem to decide between the nikon and canon cameras and all are soooo good!!

For Canons: EOS 5D MARK II, EOS 7D, and EOS 60D

For Nikons: D7000, D300S. I can’t figure out why the d300s is more expensive than the d7000?

I am looking for an all around camera and something good with low light. I do enjoy taking portraits of people and like soft tones. Thanks!!

If you have lenses for your Nikon then stick with Nikon. Otherwise check both models you like and decide which feels the best in terms of operating and holding and sighting through.
