What is the best digital camera?

I need a very, very good digital camera and I really looked and looked very good gun, my Nikon S7c and a little sucking photos come out very grainy and often somtimes really bored, it takes so long to take the picture I want, even when I adjust the settings and you want crisp, clear, beautiful, vibrant images. I as a stylish camera that is small enough fit in the pocket of my jeans, I'm willing to take suggestions, even if it is not canon, money is no object, please and thank you!
