"I can use the Canon 5D Mark II with this objective?

Is there an adapter that lets me use the 20x lens that comes standard with the Canon XL2 Canon 5D Mark II? The objective is 20x zoom XL 5.4-108mm L IS.

I know that Canon makes an adapter that goes the other way … Allow the use of EF-mount lenses in XL-1 and XL-2 cameras, but I've never seen one that allows the use of XL-mount lenses on EF-mount cameras. I'm not sure the lenses to produce a large enough image circle work, even when there was an adapter.
