Cost of Canon 70-300mm zoom AutoFocus Quantary repair?

If you have anyones guess thatd be great. yesterday did not take pictures but I cleaned the sensors with a erasor and taking photos now. However, the autofocus does not work and when turning the focus ring, tends to "stick" on something inside the lens and refuse to turn. I have to play with it a bit to pass that point. I bought the lens $ 47 plus 10 dollars shipping. worth it? Or should send it back and put that $ 50 for a dollar $ 140 lens? (Same lens, but in all round excellent condition)

I did not even bother trying. It is an objective rather inexpensive to start. Unfortunately Quantary lenses are not particularly high quality – I had some too, and that finally took place too.
