Canon Digital Elph Memory Card Error
memory card from the camera problem. Urgent Help needed?

I have a camera .. Canon Powershot SD 850 IS Digital ELPH .. and my camera works well and usually when I want to transfer photos on my computer, I use the usb cable and I have no problem. But tonight, I want to transfer pictures and my camera says communication error. But if I use a different memory card, transfer pictures, only this memory card will not work tonight. And I need to transfer my photos because they are Christmas. So if anyone knows what to do, please help

Is this a new card that has not used the camera before? Can than the format. Try to take the camera card and put it into an adapter or card reader and see if you can copy the photos to your "My Documents" file.
