Resizing pictures in a Canon Digital?

to have a Canon PowerShot SD1000 Digital ELPH. when I make copies of my photos .. I can not believe how high quality. How can I change this?

Go to your configuration and choose the highest resolution (Size large) and the lowest compression (best quality). You should always have your photos in the best of creation, because it is easy to cut more later but not impossible to invent pixels. If you do not know how to change settings, see the manual (which I do anyway).
