Helpp Digital Camera! Nikon vs. Canon vs. Sony?

Okay, so for Christmas I'm asking for a new camera. I have had much experience with cameras and I'm always taking photographs. I had a sony one long ago when they were not so great, I've had three Canon and they were all amazing, except after a while the picture quality started to go bad and the lenses always gave me problems and I've never had a Nikon, but I hear they're good. I am deciding between: Sony: Cyber-shot 12.1-Megapixel Digital Camera – Model-DSC-T90 / P for Nikon Coolpix 12.1 megapixel digital camera, Canon PowerShot Model-S70-12.1-Megapixel Digital ELPH – Model SD780 IS-And if you have any other camera in the mind that are small and preferably not have a goal that would love to hear anyones suggestions.
