Problem with my Canon?

I have Canon Power-shot SD780 IS Digital ELPH Camera. I have it or 2 years and do not use it often, but recently and that is giving me a headache 1) no matter how much I connect the battery always says that the shift change battery … someday I will get the battery and connect for 2 days, but when I put it on and take video or take pictures 3.4 which says to change the battery? what is wrong 2) when I click to do a picture the flash does not come fast .. sometimes it is embarrassing where I want to take a picture with someone and the person trying to click for the camera is turned off, but it takes time and I lost a lot of good photo shots for that. Anyone have any idea what is wrong with it … I was too stupid not to have insurance on it and I have no idea how I'll fix it

1) The lithium ion batteries can be damaged if left discharged for long periods of time, clearly something you did. Buy a new battery and use it. When you save it for a long time, make sure it is fully charged 2) shutter delay is something all of P & Cameras S have been taken and used at first would not have been surprised by that.
