Canon Digital Eos Rebel Xsi
Should I sell my Canon EOS Rebel XSi for another manual camera that can take pictures and videos?

I bought a while ago when I was not very interested to have videos, but now I regret buying it, because you can not record videos. It's a great camera to take pictures and still enjoy photography. I have fear of selling and regretting it later, but at the same time I have to use a digital camera from my dad to make videos, and that's not really great. So my question is, is the Canon EOS Rebel XSi too good to be sold? Or should I sell it and buy another camera manual has video and photo, if so, which? (I hear they are not as good as those with only one function. Is this true?) Thanks!

In general video cameras that have a commitment and the video quality is rarely better than good. T1i and T2i The Rebel (500D and 550D of) are the following updates to its XSi and I understand they take a good video. However, as others have said it will have a big drop in the sale of its XSi and the difference with the following model probablty will buy a decent mid-range camcorder that probably take better video. Only question then is you have to carry two cameras with you …

Rebel Xsi Buy: Some points to consider

Rebel XSi Buy Given

If you are looking for cameras in this price range, which means it is Kx likely also considering the Pentax, Nikon D5000, Sony A500, Olympus E-620 and even, potentially, the T1i Canon.

If you are looking at digital SLR and believe the video on your digital SLR camera is something they really want or will never use, better stop watching the Rebel XSi and focusing instead on Kx, D5000 and T1i. The Rebel XSi offers no video capabilities.

If your desire is to not have to spend money additional objective of image stabilization, then buy the Kx or 620-E. All the above cameras in addition to these two require that you buy lenses Image Stabilizer is an added cost to the lens, because it requires several layers. Of course, the way around the need for lenses image stabilization is to use a tripod or monopod.

If you do not want to buy lenses and then you'd better stop watching DSLR / SLR together and jump on the point and shoot. There are many good models with high quality photos really good there.

Remember, when you buy a digital SLR Rebel XSi PURCHASE OR, you're not really buying a camera, you buy a lens system. What do I mean? Well, think this way. You spend money on a camera body, yes. But you're also spending money on eyewear. The lenses are not interchangeable (except the Olympus method that all manufacturers, then jumped you still have to buy lenses to your specifications and you need a spare tube with the same capacity).

If you buy this body today and start buying Canon lenses, you invest in Canon's more likely, the rest of his shooting "race". The camera body is the economic part of this effort, and if you buy a 55-250mm lens today, with many others, of course you want to buy these lenses when, inevitably, to upgrade the camera. And that's where DSLR / SLR manufacturers you. It's like Gillette and the disposable razor head.

So why, given the above, would be a Rebel XSi Buy any competition? The price is a factor. The image quality is another (the photos of this camera can take are nothing less than remarkable, but that is all that matter of opinion, except that my opinion and not a statement of fact can be quantified). A plus is the quality of the lens. Canon (well, really all the above) have been manufacturing glasses for years. And in the department of Canon and Nikon lenses are above the rest.

Why Buy Rebel XSi? Well Canon has long existed and actually started the revolution with a digital SLR camera original Rebel. His camera always stand on its own media. If you can not stand the head and shoulders all the cameras around, they do an excellent job of holding their own on the market. My father owns a Rebel XT is an amazing piece of equipment for the clerk. I can buy because the Rebel XSi camera has some aberrations T1i would often attributed to the size of the sensor actually captures the image is too small to actually use the photo of MP 15 you are taking.

The price is good, I bought a brand I know and I can share lenses with my father. That is why I bought this camera.

I realize this review is quite confusing. Instead write a full review, because there are many other comments here that do a much better job of describing the technical details and non-technical, I decided to just put in things that I thought how I bought my first digital SLR.

The Canon EOS Rebel XSi Digital SLR Camera Canon EF-S 18-55mm IS Lens a good choice?

Please photographers Help. Thank you.

For beginners, it is a good option. I would not worry to get a more expensive mid-range or "camera" – Which has probably not be able to make a difference in performance or in his photographs. Currently the most important thing is to learn to use a camera. Once done, you ready to improve in a few years (even if you have a medium one now, you probably end up better anyway.) It is better to spend extra money on a good lens body in a more expensive camera (if you can afford a better goal than the 18-55mm, then by all means go ahead).
