Canon Digital Slr Beginner
What kind of digital SLR camera is best for beginners?

I've taken a recent interest in photography – I have always taken photos with a digital point and shoot camera normal, but I really really want an SLR camera for beginners who can take pictures very nice but a reasonable price. I do not know anything about SLR cameras, but I've seen so far is the Nikon D40 and Canon Rebel, and Pentax K110 …. any advice?

The Nikon D40 is probably the best SLR for beginners, especially for the price. The increase from there, consider the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT, the Nikon D40x, and Canon EOS Rebel XTi. The Pentax K100D Super is also a good option, but I think the Nikon is better built.
