Canon Digital Slr Live View
Which is a better SLR camera?
Canon digital Rebel XTi 10.1 MP or
Nikon D40 10.2 DSLR ??
How important is a self-cleaning sensor unit? The Canon has it and it doesn’t seem the Nikon does. I think the Canon also has the live view feature. I found a good sale kit with an 18-135 lens for the Nikon and it’s tempting, but I’m still not sure. Any suggestions??
In general, what are better … the Nikon or Canon SLRs? Canon seems to have a lot of features I like … autofocus lens, image stabilization lenses, etc.
They’re both good cameras, I don’t think you’ll be unhappy with either
my preference is for the Nikon.
I like the feel of the Nikon
How the controls are set up,
how it feels in my hands
just seems more natural to me.
I got started on Manual film Nikons back in the ’70′s
i can still use the lens I bought back then,
But i like the VR that Nikon uses, for those low light, hard to shoot photos.
(Canon calls it IS)
Try to find a store, that is “neutral” and try them both out, see how they fell to you.
