* Most entry level DSLR’s come with a 18-55 mm lens. Perfect for shooting landscapes, groups, friends and doing portraits. The 28-80 is a lens designed for use on 35 mm and full frame DSLR’s, not the camera you are buying. It canNOT shoot landscapes, nor can it shoot groups of people @ 28 mm it is nearly a “normal” lens.
* If you look the so-called “wide angle lens is NOT a lens but an add-on converter to make your 28 -80 mm act like a wide angle lens depending upon that its magnification factor is 0.40x, 0.25x, etc.

* Same with the “telephoto converter” Very low quality images can be expected from these two add-on “lenses”

ALL this stuff, leads me to believe that the camera you are buying is a gray market camera and all the “stuff” is an incentive to get you to buy a camera that may cause you a multitude of problems if it ever needs to be repaired.

I have version 1 of photoshop elements. How can I put a copyright watermark the my JPEG files on my website?

I need to add my company name as a watermark so people are unable to right click on a picture, thats on my website, and print good copies of it. I have the original photoshop elements program, and it just mentions reading a watermark. It doesn’t say you can add it to a file. I also have a Canon 20D digital SLR, does the Canon software that came with the camera, have this capability?

Use the Photoshop text tool to type your copyright date and name. Make the text a light gray and then lower the opacity of that layer so the text is not too intrusive but still obvious. Save as a jpeg at low resolution and no one will use your images.

Technically this is not a watermark, but everyone still uses that term for it.
