What is the exact link where I can download the Canon ELPH SD870 IS controller for my computer?

When entering the canonical link and go to driver tab it says it doesn't have available, so I can not do anything with that link.

Try http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=323&modelid=15655 I think this link if you require only driver operating system is Windows XP. XP without drivers.

Sony Cybershot or Canon ELPH better?

What are the characteristics of the model, Canon and Sony both have multiple cameras in these ranges. In general, Canon and Sony (among others) make great cameras.
