How can I transfer photos from my computer on my SD card?

Whenever I put my 2GB memory card into the slot, pop up to three files. The documents are called DCIM, MISC and NRDS. Drag the pictures of each file and never appear when I put the memory card back in my camera. My camera is a Canon Powershot SD1000 Digital Elph PS: Can put pictures of the Internet in the memory card? Thank you

You can not. Digital cameras store their files in a particular format. Unless we take steps to deceive the device (such as giving files with certain names, certain formats and so on), you're lucky.
