The size of HD video on My Canon ELPH 100 HS is too big is this normal?

Hey guys I just bought this camera and me Like a lot. However, I just recorded in the standard HD 1280×720 (this camera can go over ultra high) and recorded a minute of video. I transferred to my PC was 200 MB! It says nothing in the manual about this. What am I supposed to do with this file size? If I burn a decent length video would be incredibly great! Youtube only supports 2 GB Oo @ Lare as 4 fps is a good idea. -.- Who the hell is that. Nobody. So what are using compression. I camtasia to be one. Mp4 and now is 40 MB. That's still huge.
