Canon Eos 5d Mark Ii Video Tutorial
I like photography and I bought a Canon EOS XSi (450D) last year from amazon.fr. I wished I had waited for Canon are preparing to launch its brand new successor to it, the Canon EOS T1i (500D), which is very soon (early May 2009).
The XSi is a great camera for the price and really built the bridge between the amateur photographer and professional photographer well. I do not think we can improve to be honest.
But they have. Oh, how they.
The EOS T1i offers both for its price. Canon has incorporated many features available on the EOS 5D Mk II (which usually cost over $ 2,500) and are packaged in the body of the T1i. And guess what? The dimensions are exactly the same the XSi before (except the weight 5 g heavier).
So what has T1i the XSi?
The T1i has 15.1 megapixels (Compared to only 12.2).
More advanced DIGIC 4 (compared to the DIGIC III XSi).
The ISO range expandable to 12800 compared to only 1600.
Video shooting mode – can be used as a video camera, shooting 12 minutes (or 4GB) video Full HD!
Link HDMI for HDTV viewing and reading.
A unique feature that I like is that T1i has a characteristic Ideal for beginners – Creative Auto Zone. When you select one of these areas, the device guides you through the settings to use the screen LCD. Basically, Creative Auto mode is like having a built-Teacher! I am tempted to trade in my old XSi T1i and buy property just for this one alone!
Many other standard features of the Canon cameras are always there, like the live view, sensor self clean dusting and so on and storage is on SD or SDHC.
Abstract:
I am waiting with forward to the release of this device in early May and will talk to my wife for allowing me to update the XSI. This looks like a camera of cracking.
It seems that Canon has once again a big leap and integrate new technologies to many in a body so small and so cheap. I do not see the way forward, but wi-fi printing, transfers would be good. Need a fast connection to the highest quality RAW images will be much higher that the MB 20.
The XSi seems to be a bridge between the amateur and professional, but looks fantastic T1i including a frame that teacher! There is nothing worse than being on the field after having read something, and then forgotten. The T1i be prompted with what to do with Creative automatically.
It can also integrate a mobile phone too! Who knows, stranger things have happened!
