Using a Canon EOS Rebel XS camera lens in an EOS 7D?
Does anyone know if I can ride my old Canon EOS Rebel XS 35-80mm zoom camera Canon EOS 7D? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Yes, all Canon EF lenses will work in all organisms is canon. The 35-80 is an objective EF for yup. It is also a pretty old lens and very basic, my feeling is that the higher resolution 7D really starting to show its shortcomings. You are getting used cross plys in a new porsche. Think retreading.

What is the best of the Canon EOS 7D No. D7000 Nikon or Sony Alpha A55?
What is the best of the Canon EOS 7D No. D7000 Nikon or Sony Alpha A55 seem to be very similar, I'm new to the SLR market. I know that Sony is not a true SLR. But I like the full metal body, Canon, have been the Nikon is only partial. And Canon has two image processors were the Nikon has one. But it is the fastest processor 2, one the gun? I read the target with the Nikon kit is better than taxes. Both the camera can be found for the same price. And most of the comments I have found are not useful as most are biased, people swear by Nikon and Canon as well. So I need some useful information Here I intend to make a purchase within the next week. So now I'm leaning towards the Nikon, but the all-metal body of the gun to me thinking. I think especially the shooting outside, some of fire in the clubs. Not much action plans, but if you need to know that I want I can handle.
Define "better"? All three have excellent photos and video. The Sony is a small nothing compared to 7D, and the D7000 will be similar in size to the Canon. Size and weight are important to some people more than others. I do not mind the 15-85 IS combined with 7D and a 580EX II on top weighs over 3 pounds … you can be. I like the handling of larger bodies, the A55 is quite comfortable to wear, but it is too small for me. It is possible that fits your hands and style of shooting, rather than large masses. The Canon is not unique structural steel, is waterproof. It takes 8 frames per second, although I have not tried it yet. There is no reason for me to do. Quality Video is very, very good. I shot a video project last week using both the 7D and Sony VX-2000, a camcorder Chip MiniDV 3. The 7D is set at 640×480, not high definition, because of the demands of my end users. It is also a more direct "apples apples "test. The video has been 7D far and above the camera's video "Real" quality. I have no bias to any what brand of camera, I use four different brands on a regular basis. Get the most for you, and learn to use properly.
