Can the canon ixus 80is charged via its USB cable?

I lost the battery charger (cb2lv?) The Canon IXUS 80 IS camera so far I'm looking for alternative ways to charge the battery (before I found time to buy a new charger). Maybe the battery of the Canon IXUS 80 IS can be charged using its USB cable (and a PC or a chargest Qtrek)?

If the camera can be charged via the USB port of a computer, chances are it will not come with its own charger. So no. Unable to load the camera with the USB cable. Cable is to transfer files only.
