What should I buy the Ixus camera or Lumix?

Hi all, I want to buy a new digital camera and have reduced it to: Canon Digital IXUS 95 IS Camera – Silver (10 MP, 3.0x optical zoom) 2.5 "LCD or Panasonic Lumix DMC-F2 Both compact digital camera available at this time to decide on a price isn'ta factor. Anyone have any pros and cons of both or either? One thing that worries me is the amount of time it takes between shots and my current (old) The camera is in that crap! Thanks
