Canon Ixus Best Prices

Please can you recommend the best compact camera ???!!!!!!!! 10 – 12MP, less than 130 pounds?

I photography and learn very quickly, I know how to use many cameras and has done it before, but never owned one, I am looking for a Canon camera for taking candid shots and artistic, I'm going on vacation in less than two weeks and I look at the IXUS cameras. My maximum price would be £ 130 but preferably less. Not even need a gun, as long as your 10 megapixels or more if its worth it, Please could you recommend a ?????? Thank you =) Please link, I also learned that through examinations and been looking at a picture of the nature and number mp usually average about 10.2, certainly is not going well for me on 14, because it can cause noise.
