Sony Cybershot, Nikon Coolpix, Canon IXUS O?

I am thinking of buying a new digital camera for my wife and I am choosing between the Sony Cybershot DSC-W130, Nikon Coolpix S51, and Canon, the IXUS 75 IS. What would be the best and most practical option between these three cameras? Please help.
