How much is a Canon IXUS 70 in Hong Kong?

I live in the Philippines. The camera costs Php18, 000 here. I think it would be cheaper in Hong Kong. If I buy it there, have international warranty and manuals in English?

the last time I was there, summer 2007 Php12K it was. I guess it would be cheaper now. can check vendors ebay.ph. selling new stuff, I think 11K for a ixus 70 and ships for free. and yet I believe that to confirm. unfortunately most of them are gray market and offer a guarantee store. if you search carefully, there are some that offer canon local warranty. I have a Canon digital SLR and my experience, the products purchased canon Philippines awards only difference that here in the U.S. As P & S cameras from Canon, not sure. If you buy from Hong Kong, you can still download English manual for that. you can even download now before you buy the camera. if it breaks, you're on your own. if you get things graymarket here in the Philippines, who had at least one backup by some in the shop warranty, but only for a short time.
