which camera is better and worth the money?

Canon IXUS 200 IS or FinePix F200 EXR you think you should buy? right now I think that the fee is expensive, but the FinePix does come in a wide range of colors …:(

That would have the F200EXR if those two were my only options. However, Amazon is having a sale on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 for only $ 268 for a camera much better. How can you make use of "touch of color" in a Canon IXUS 200 IS? What I can choose the color I want?
