What is the American equivalant to the Canon Digital IXUS 80 IS?
I need a new camera, but I am traveling to Florida in a few days and think ill probably get it cheaper over there but cannot seem to find this model on U.S. websites. Is there a U.S. eqivalant and I know Im getting the same camera? Its 8.0MP
Hi Shellie. (:)). You did not mention where you are writing, but if you can, get your camera their country. You can find a lot in the United States but the 1 year warranty that comes with a camera is not playing its home. So ….. if anything to happen to the camera and stop working, are not covered unless they sent back to the U.S. repair center Canon. That is the policy of Nikon and Canon. Do not know about other brands.

I recently bought the Canon Ixus 80 IS, because I wanted an upgrade from my Nikon with only 5 mgp, mgp cons 8 barrel. However, after developing the pictures I took on the Canon and Nikon compare with the pictures are very blurry and Nikon is really hard! Why What's this?
