My camera has this feature?

I have a Canon IXUS 98 015 and was wondering if you have the color change function to some of the models are older? You know, when you take a picture of a shade of yellow for example, then a shade of blue, then a normal picture and makes something that is yellow, blue. Or, in the same line, take a photo of the yellow after taking a picture, and everything goes black and white than yellow. Am making sense? I had it in my old camera, but i cannot find it or seemt. You can do this with something like Photoshop or Gimp.
