Photos .. Computer to the camera?

It is a Canon Digital IXUS 40 and the image is in Windows Vista Home Basic Well, there was a picture on my camera and I accedentially deleted it! This was a really important picture and I need my camera back to as soon as possible .. no use for it on the computer! read other questions about it and said drag so dragged the picture window in the photo gallery Canon Digital IXUS 40 (the computer), but because she had the red circle with line through it! HHHEEELLLPP!

I can not take a video or an image without the lines in it!

It seems the sensor has gone bad. This is very rare. If you can find the cost of telephone help line, call them and see what they can do to you.
