how to choose the effects of fire for Canon IXUS 130?

I bought the Canon IXUS 130 recently and the type trader thought it would be fun to give me a manual in a language they do not understand. so I have no idea how to use any features =.= "How I can change the shooting mode Camera (for example, fish eye, color accent, etc)? , Which buttons i press to select them? Why here is a manual of the Canon PowerShot SD 4000 f/2.0 compact, it is so difficult to do?

Not so much that is hard " to do, but because the points and shoots are designed to snapshooters, people who only need a camera mainly for recreation and have not really need the manual mode. If you want to manually adjust the exposure, at the forefront of the shoot and (D) SLR are desired.
