Do you have a problem with my new Canon Ixus 65.?

Do you have a problem with my new Canon IXUS 65.? When you turn the camera says 'Card locked'. I check the memory card and its compatibility with the camera. Aside from that I can see what is wrong

Does card has a "write protect" switch? If so, check to see if it is write protected mode.
