Canon Ixus Sd1000
A small and compact, Point and Shot DSLR?

I'm looking for a compact SLR small (as in the features of an SLR digital, but not necessarily the interchangeability of lenses, etc) to upgrade from my current Canon Ixus 70 (also known as the Powershot SD1000) because have enough manual controls for me. I'm looking for Canon Powershot SX110IS, but does not seem a big jump from the SX100IS. 1. What do you think of the Canon Powershot SX110IS 2. Would you recommend it or want to recommend a different camera. must have more than 6X optical zoom with a minimum of 8 mega pixels, ISO 1600 at least, minimum 2.5 "LCD, preferably small and compact, you must have a very good image quality, and must be manually (and automatically) checks. My money would range (from preference) below U.S. $ 700 ($ 570 USD). The maximum would be U.S. $ 900 ($ 720 USD). Any ideas? Also, what happens to the Canon Powershot G10 (just released)?

Nikon D60 if you want a digital SLR in its range. And you're not a Swapable lens point and shoot with most DSLR Nikon Coolpix P6000 features suggest or P80 Coolpix P6000 is newer and has a 13.5MP resolution vs P80 10.1MP i is not just as canon, like much, but if I had to offer an option in the fee would be charge of G-10

Canon IXUS 70 (SD1000) or Sony DSC w80/90?

which is a Betta? dat m looking for a nice camera takes pictures in both low light n flash of light … Thanks

Both cameras are good – in fact, I bet the SD1000 and W80 uses the same CCD. W80/90 The buttons are small, however. This it, I love my SD1000. And I have the Canon digital SLR and the G7 and A620. It is small but precise. And SD cards are cheaper than the Sony MS media Pro, but little light will be a problem with all these cameras, the W90 more tote because more pixels on the sensor of the same size. My SD1000 is good for ISO 800, but 1600 is too noisy unless you change the way black and white. My advice is to go with the SD1000. Adjust the exposure compensation for "-1 / 3" and shooting outdoors prettier.
