Canon Ixus Test
Wide-angle lenses do not degrade image quality in any way?
I checked the canon is the brand ixus850 (assuming that my first choice) and compared it TI with canon 900. The former does not exactly fit my expectations. I noticed that the color was not as rich in normal compared with the second, which is understandable because it boasts of its 10 MP. I was so confused when I tested the Canon IXUS 75. Ixus Ixus 850 and 75 both have 7.1 MP, but the colors were more IXUS 75 vivid and richer than the IXUS 850 is. Is it just the LCD screen? or is the effect of having a wide angle?
If there is one thing I have learned after using a half-dozen different camera myself, is that you should never rely on the LCD screen for anything important. These days, when I'm in doubt if I delete an image, I always see it on my computer screen. The screen on the camera only does not provide a 100% accurate image. So that could be the problem there. As for megapixels it has no influence on the colors at all. If an animated or dull, it's just (because of other reasons), and depending on the sensor you are using, and Whether you have registered as 7 million pixels or 10 million pixels. The same for the wide angle – which only affects the field of view, not colors. There are some things affecting the colors of course … The most important thing is the camera settings. If you dive into the menu on the camera, you can change things like saturation and sharpness. If you put the settings to a higher level, your pictures will really start to open. And like all Canon cameras use the same software (or so), can create the same look with all the fees only by adjusting the settings. Personally, I like to keep the camera settings and modify as flat my photos in Photoshop required. If you do not feel like messing around in an image edititor however, simply put everything in one or two in the camera. The quality of the lens is another factor influencing the intensity of the final image. But all the cameras, citing the use of pretty much the same quality lens, so do not expect much variation due to that.
