Canon Ixus Touch Screen
What would be the best digital compact camera for my gf’s birthday?
I know she like Sony DSCT300R very much because of it’s beautiful red colour, screen touch and nice design. However, I am a fan of Canon simply because Canon delivers more beautiful photos and cheaper than Sony.
I have considered to get IXUS 80 IS but this one is only 8 Megapixels. If it was at least 10 Megapixels, I definitely had bought it already.
Please help me to find a Canon camera to beat Sony DSCT300R and of course it is still girlish style.

IXUS 80 IS or SD1100 IS is a good choice. You won’t see any difference on a 4×6 or 5×7 between a 8 megapixels and 10 megapixels image.

Canon IXUS 210 IS Canon IXUS or 200?
I do not know where they get it! I like both, and I know that Canon IXUS 210 is probably better because it is newer, but I'm not sure. And 210 is the touch screen! while has some 200 controls (flash macro ..) that are not on the touch screen. Did not you think you may be more difficult to control 210? and it will take more time to adjust different parameters for this? Sooo What do you think? that one is better and whyy? If anyone has one of these two cameras, thank you to tell me what you like and what is not about them:) Any help is appreciated:) thnxx
