canon repair center in the Philippines?

need to have my Canon IXUS repair, LCD issues, it is only a month old, was acquired in Europe, has the guarantee applies anywhere? if anyone knows where to send it for repair?

You should have asked when you bought it. I knew someone who bought a Pentax camera in Hong Kong and returned here. Where can I find the serial number of the Canon Ixus 70 Digital Camera?

Help! I need it for warranty and can not find on any side. The place where it says "no" and where I expected to find the serial number is only a band of white gold.
