Need advice on the lens of my Canon XSi.?
I had my camera for almost two years. I love it. To date, I have not had the opportunity to get a decent lens. I am always on the beach with my boards out and there are days when I take my kids gettin the waves, but I dare not go near the water with my camera taking into account the focal length of the target population to be 55mm. I've seen some pretty decent goals and do not know if I should continue with a lens or a dedicated ZOOM ZOOM angle. I do a little portrait photography sessions as well, so I want to be able to use the lenses on both counts. I've been interested in the Canon EF vs EF 28-135mm lens 75-300mm. Given the price difference between the two, I figured that was the goal that would help me in the long term. I'm on a budget, so I buy a decent lens for the first time, would benefit me more.
