I have a Canon AE1 with lenses 1970 I can buy a digital camera that fit my lens?

No, AE1 lenses are NOT compatible with digital range how lenses are all food and drink and IIRC manual adjustment. Only the lens of later EOS range of cameras and consistent fit. You can get a plate FD to EOS adapter, but newer Canon cameras will not accept them due to lack of electronics in them. Also, no other manufacturers that have bodies allow digital lens for food and beverages.
