Canon Lenses Error
Error 99 in Canon cameras?

I just received my new lens of a lens dealer reputation on eBay. They stated that the goal was good conditions except the auto focus was broken. I have attached this lens to my Canon EOS Rebel K2 Canon XT Canon 2000 In each chamber, pressing the shutter release me complement shutter appears incomplete. Its the same in the three chambers, with the exception of my digital camera displays an error, 99 while the other did not. My cameras all work perfectly with myother lenses. Any idea what is wrong with the lens?
