Canon Lenses Explained
Canon 5D MKII questions …. Battery and approach …?
Can someone explain how to focus properly with this camera body ….:) I've had some great shots, but I think that is lacking in clarity and should not be the nicest thing I have glasses .. ie. 17-40mm F4.0L and 70-200mm f/2.8L IS …… I can use a tripod for most of the time no …. quite sure what I'm messing. Just upgraded from a 30D ……. so still learning! HELP:) DUH … I forgot to mention the battery .. How long should it last? Mine died on me after 100 photos … and that, from what I hear is not good!
First, fully charge the battery. And see if you can manually focus on an object and have the same vertical sharp object in the photo. Should turn it OFF, AutoFocus OFF for manual test this approach. 1. You can configure two vertical broom (one is a foot closer) (and as 5-7 feet away from the camera) and a focus on of them (Split prism focusing). [Camera__stick1_stick2_stick3] Take a picture (sunlight = 1 / 500 sec., Widest aperture = shallow depth of field closer = Most significant difference seen in this test) on a tripod, self-timer. Examine the picture to see if the correct broomstick is in focus. You can do this with three broomsticks and focus on the half to see if the current focus is in front or behind the screen so the focus is fixed for. If everything is correct, then the basic distance to the lens and the sensor in front of the lens to focus screen are very close to what they should be. (I did use an old Minolta XG-7 Film SLR and found the screen had gone down a little because I was on foam board, so I tried to push it to 0.1 mm, but the object of focus was different from the screen showed, in a different direction to the Nikon FE (as just another anomaly camera / idiosyncrasies / characteristic building). —————— – Label clubs or images (paper label or photo editing) with IS = OFF, AF = OFF. Because you can also do the test with IS ON = only, then with only AF = ON, then with both IS = ON and ON = AF. ——————- I think if you still have problems, you can be a problem for resolution of the lens, or the vibration of the mirror or lens mount / sensor moves?

Know what the SLR lens digital camera is right for you?
When shopping for a digital SLR camera people forget often or skimp in the lens of the camera. Camera Lenses DSLR use "eye", the objective determines what and how the device the subject and see how this notice is sent to the sensor chip of the camera for recording. The way we like to look at the lens the camera is like a painter brushes feeds almost half, all the brushes for detail. There is much to learn about lenses for cameras DSLR and this article will serve as a basis for understanding schema. The following sections explain the basic types of digital SLR lens, how they work and how to choose.
Focal length
In a camera lens digital SLR focal length measurements the distance between the lens and the image sensor, measured in millimeters. The lenses may be ordered sub-groups, the angle of the macro, telephoto wide, normal and zoom lenses. They are also assessed on the f-stop or speed of an example would be a 50mm F2.0 lens or lens 80mm 1.4F. We will explain later in this article.
Prime Lenses:
Prime lenses are fixed focal length lenses the a 50mm 1.4f lens. To perform an optical zoom of this type need to use their feet and move closer to or away from the subject. Traditionally the main lens are sharper and faster than zooms. If you're on a budget, you can take some amazing used main objectives First off eBay or your local photo shop.
Macro Lenses:
Marco lenses are your brushes information enables you to see up close and personal with the subject. This type of lens used for extreme close-ups of small objects, such as daisies, coins, and food, but not limited to these issues. Examples macro lenses are 50mm and 100mm macro. These lenses are also great for the kinds of selective attention to pictures.
Wide-angle:
Wide-angle lenses are your brushes vast movement, such lenses are of short focal length. The short focal length has the effect visual "push" view of the subject and you make it smaller. The beauty of wide angle lenses can be relatively close to your subject and as a broad movement background scene.
One problem with wide angle lenses is called convergence, a distortion that makes vertical structures appear inclined toward the center of the image. One way to check if the wide angle lens you are interested in convergence is to do some tests before to buy the lens. With high quality lenses such as wide angle Canon "L-series lenses" tackle this issue of convergence as well. Examples wide-angle lenses are 15MM, 17mm, 24mm and 28mm lenses.
Normal Objectives
normal lens tries to mimic the way which the human eye are some of the most versatile goals, you can use. These are all my brushes goal, and is located between a wide angle and telephoto. If you buy a single lens to try to buy the fastest lenses you can like a normal 50mm lens 1.4f. Some examples of regular glasses are 35mm, 50mm, 65mm and 80mm that some see as a normal lens.
TV:
Contact lenses with telephoto 100 mm long and are called. A long focal length seems to bring it close to home and increases the size of the object in the frame. Telephoto lenses also give their subjects a graphical look and flatten your subject. These lenses are my brushes sprint.
Zooms:
Zoom lenses are special they are very versatile. These types of lens focal length range and come in many wide-angle, telephoto and wide-angle to telephoto. In my backpack that I carry a 17 mm to 35 mm wide brush my wide-angle 24mm to 70mm my brush means and a 80mm to 200mm brush my short. With these three objectives that I can obtain a wide plank zoom in any situation. At least my f2.8 zoom through the range of glasses, which means that my f-stop can remain constant, while I am a zoom inside and outside. These types of lenses are very expensive, but to get what you pay for. When shopping for a zoom range out of f-stop qualifications. An example is a 24mm to 300mm F3.5-F5.6 lens, which reduces the f-stop, you can shoot is about 24 mm lenses and when you approach 200 mm lower, you can get is F5.6. The zoom lens can give you the flexibility and versatility in one lens. When buying a zoom lens try to get one that is glass and is the fastest you can afford, do not regret it.
Understanding what these different groups of lenses you can help them make more informed decisions on what lenses to buy and what to put in camera bag.
