Best lens to take pictures of the landscape in a Canon 450D digital SLR camera?

I am thinking of buying a Canon 450D SLR camera digital (which comes with a bog-standard 18-55mm lens. I am a graphic designer and have to take landscape photographs mostly (beautiful scenes local landscape and costs) with a camera that will give me the highest image quality at resolutions which ultimately is used in printing high-quality, large brochures, posters A2, etc. I am not an expert in photography and therefore need some advice on lenses: 1. It is the standard 18-55mm lens reasonably well for my purpose? 2. Should I buy a new lens that will give me better results LANDSCAPES / capacity / Tours / etc? 3. If so, What Type / Brand / Specification / ImageStabilisation / Price of the lens would be better? Many, thank you very much for any help!

Canon Lenses – suggestions for a beginner?

For Canon lovers out there, what purpose would you suggest for someone starting a hobby of photography? I just bought a Canon 50D and EF-S 18-200 IS and EF 70-200 mm f/4L USM. My opinion … You will use the 18-200 IS lens very often like this will be the ideal target to travel around. And with the IS function, which will be very useful in low light. The 70-200 f4 is of no use to me if I am. Sale and get more background.
