Good and cheap lenses for Canon EOS Rebel?

Canon 40D lens-boot?
I am thinking of buying a Canon 40D a few months, and I wonder what lenses I get it. I again in a photograph, but still want a good goal, but I need a side cheeper. I would say from least expensive to more expensive 18-55mm IS, 17-85 IS, 18-200 IS. I think the powerful zoom 18-200 would be very useful Hawaii. Have fun there, I finally get to go this summer and I can not wait to take pictures there.
