That wide angle lens would you recommend?

I'm shopping for a new lens for my Canon 550D (Rebel T2i), so no need to use the kit lens all the time (Canon 18-55mm). Shot mostly landscapes / nature and the occasional photo shoot. There are four lenses I'm thinking and I wondered if anyone had any of them and could give some comments and / or recommendations. The lenses are: Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8, Tokina 12-24mm f / 4 and Tamron 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5. All comments are welcome! I'm looking for a third party lenses because they are cheaper (I'm on a budget) that Canon lenses, but still have very good optics and build quality. If you have any other suggestions in the $ 400 – $ 600 price range feel free to say something! Thanks for looking! -Sydney

I have the version of the Tokina 11-16mm Nikon. 2.8 In a fast, it's a challenge. I use it for pictures not only landscape but also take pictures of the inside of vessels pitcher, when we are on cruise ships. I did a review of this target also http://www.althephoto.com/lenses/superwide.php A comparison between 11.16 and 24.10 to show the differences in the field of view of 10 mm and 11 mm – which is not much.

Where to buy SLR cameras in sydney?

I would really like to buy a canon EOS 50D camera. I’ve tried in JB HI FI who are having a sale but nothing. If anybody knows a place in sydney where they have all the cameras and their lenses, that would be fantastic.

Try asking this in the Australia section. I don’t think many people in this section are from Australia. I’m sure there are places there though, isn’t Australia just like the U.S with McDonald’s restaurants all over the place? There ought to be places there that carry the Canon 50d camera.
