Canon Lenses Wide Angle
Need help with crop factor and angle lenses range of digital SLR?
I had a digital SLR camera for more a year but I really hate the crop factor of 1.6 that my Canon Rebel XT has. My favorite lens I have is a 19-35mm lens. I enjoyed Properties wide angle lens, but now with the crop factor, my 19mm is a 30.4mm. They are the new targets set "Digital" lenses are the same equivalent or adjusted to give mm measured after a crop factor? Basically I need to know if I would have to buy a 12mm lens to get the equivalent of 19 mm wide angle of a film camera? Everything is a little confusing and I just want a wide angle again and needs to be affordable. If you know of any affordable EOS-angle lens wide, Please feel free to share that too. Thank you so much

The objective need for what you want to do would be the Canon 10-22 mm wide-angle zoom.
