Is it good camera?

I need to buy a digital camera and I'm on a budget of up to 70 pounds only.I've seen the Canon PowerShot A470 7MP Digital Camera £ 50 at Argos and comments are highly simply want the device camera to take pictures of my family, holidays etc. Is it worth buying? My last camera image was blurred. I want a camera that you can easily transfer the computer.It think you need the software for this particular camera.Surely thats not the case and may use the cable and download from there?

This is one of your best options for a cheap camera, guns are all very good, I think in one of the best in my mind that it was not. The Nikon L16 is also interesting to watch.
