Canon PowerShot A480. What do you think. 10 pts.?

I think to buy Canon A480. I looked for pictures taken by A480. Unable to find one. From So, using one or the use, pls share ur views A480. Advantages and disadvantages, the image quality, etc. Is there a better product in the same price range? Thank you in advance. NOTE: 10 points of information that only response I can not wait for ur opinion. Thank you again:)

I worked in a camera shop (Jessops) I saw a lot of these cameras come and go all the time. I also played with many brands and models over the years. Generally Canon cameras are very good (its IXUS is particularly pleasant). They tend to take very nice pictures, but my three years working for the camera I found Canon shop for repair was most often, for example, Fuji or Casio. I notice that what purports to be 10MP that something should not be seduced by! Camera Companies tied to the belief of all, the more MP the better, but it's a lie when it comes to small pocket cameras. More than a 7MP some you're not limited by the CCD (which is what gives you the odds of MP), but the lens you use. At the end of the day you are using a lens that has an inch in diameter. If you really feel you need pixels then opt for a digital SLR, you really do use extra pixels. Of course, if the camera is decent in the various aspects of MP high performance should not damage your device photo. The A480 is a decent little point shot from the camera (which is what all those hands). You have a standard 3x optical zoom (again not be seduced by the big zoom-zoom digital These purely mechanical and not what is happening is the camera software fills the spaces can not see what you get pictures blurred at high zoom). I think that this camera takes 2 AA batteries, which can have its advantages and disadvantages. AA batteries are available if you find your battery dies in a small town in the middle of nowhere may find a replacement. On the con, however, spend much more on rechargeable batteries unless you go, the battery is still making fewer pictures. I say this because the other option is relatively a camera with a lithium battery. These are becoming more frequent but are more expensive technology for companies looking to make a sale often choose cheap AA batteries. If a camera has a battery Lithium get a charger with the camera and the battery lasts much longer. For example, once took my little guest house with a load Fujifilm complete. After a week of falling into the snow with her (I was in the Arctic Circle) and take millions of pictures of my battery was still fresh. So it's a personal choice, but I usually opt for a lithium battery, if possible. Back to the megapixel thing ever if you print 6×4 "or 7×5 "photos that most people, then you do not really need anything over 5 megapixels. 7MP going to do a good 10×15". If my camera 10MP I think it set at 6 or 7 megapixels because the more photos MP that are lesser in the memory card. A rule of thumb is: if your camera has a 6 megapixel image, so take care of 3Mb on your memory card. Thus, on a 256MB card 85pics or 51 you have your camera 10MP id. This camera is like a good shopping and has some good online assessments (and yes, online comments are very important and useful when taking a camera). I look too much, maybe you find something even better. Personally, I like Fujifilm CCD cameras that are very good at the hand of cameras Justice with good color balance. They also tend to set good screens in the back of my love because I tend to look through my pictures on my camera. I would also like to see maybe Casio Panasonic (Panasonic used to be a Leica, which were very well respected camera company, even hold some of their cameras with different stamps, one with and one with Leica Panasonic just enjoy). Sony cameras with good quality lenses (Carl Zeiss), but I think they are just a scam, because they use a technology which allows it to Sony to be more expensive to purchase a memory or replacement chargers etc. Take a look at the F31d Fujifilm My father bought one just before leaving the store camera and was delighted with her last two years and never had a problem. Good luck to take your camera, I'm sure that making the right decision and I hope that some of the above is useful for traveling you.
