My goal was removed and I get nothing but a message saying "Lens error, restart camera 'how I can do this?

Pull the battery for 15 minutes, the camera is restarted. Has non-volatile memory that holds the configuration. You should follow the instructions on page 95 of manual. Canon Powershot A560 does not work?

I have a Canon PowerShot A560.I have had it for about a year. The objective stuck. Just like when we finally got to close and tried to light it, and the goal would not open. So I tried to turn while tapping on my hand, opened its majority, but the camera still, the error restart the target device, and not light. All advice / ideas for the purpose up all the way to activate? Or the goal is closed? Or to get just the lens without moving mechanical I push / pull that? I do not drop.

I regret to say, it's broken … You can not fix and fix it, probably cost more expensive than the camera and therefore suggest to buy a new one. Good luck, you drop? As there may be the reason ..
