without power adapter? the manual says the battery charger input voltage is 100-240 volts AC (50/60 Hz) 0.1 A (100 V) – 0.06 A (240 V) and nominal output of 4.2 V DC, 0.65 A, this means that the camera is dual voltage? In other words, is then that Europe does not need an adapter to charge? Thank you!

This means that the charger works with the tension. Camera uses a battery .. no tension in the host country. All you'll need an adapter to connect the charger to meet the outlets in each countries.
