Canon PowerShot D10 or Olympus stylus tough?

I want clear pictures, good video, and Great PICS AT NIGHT AND NOT blurry photos .. lol clearly the most important thing for me is that it is blurry and can take pictures at night. the bulkiness of the fee is not ideal, but it is under water idc … that is the best part.
