How I can get my Canon Powershot off military time?

I can not get my camera to 4:00 pm for example, says 16:00. How I can change the settings

I do not think you can. I just tried a couple of different Powershots I have. Both are listed in 24 hours time. I have not seen an option to change between 12 and 24 hours.
