Canon Powershot Color Accent Feature
Recommendations for a point and shoot camera?

I want to buy a camera with a reasonable resolution (6 MP +), full manual control over the focus, exposure time, shutter speed, image stabilization and Canon Color Accent feature to have (when you turn the whole picture white and black and only the color you want). I found a Canon PowerShot A710 but is very expensive in my country (nearly double the market price of us) so I was wondering if Nikon, Olympus and Sony have some models that can compete with the A710 – that is, to have the features I mentioned. Thank you.

Have you looked in the Sony Cyber Shot? And have you thought about buying a camera that uses eBay? Since it has not been where you are, you may want to consider other options as prices are twice that of the USA!
