waterproof camera .. advice?

Ive reduced from three cameras and identification would like to know if any of you have one of these cameras, What do you recommend? what do you like about these cameras and what you dislike? im between these I would have a high image quality really in the water and land. if you know of a better camera that is within a range of $ 400 or less please share! thanks!
