Is it right to the use of rechargeable batteries for a digital camera?
Here is a link to the type of camera I have, if the issues: http://www.amazon.com/Canon-PowerShot-Digital-Optical-Stabilized/dp/B0011ZCDKS/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid = 1242268371 & sr = 8-4 I was just wondering if I hurt my camera at all if I used some cheap rechargeable batteries in it. The reason I ask is because I heard long ago someone say they only use high quality lithium batteries for your digital camera (I think that's what she said …). Anyway, I thought I had to do experienced before and, possibly, ruined my expensive camera. ; P Thanks in advance for any help!
AA rechargeable batteries work fine in a camera it removes the non-rechargeable alkaline batteries. Most likely a little better than ordinary alkaline batteries really. The "cheap" are probably talking Rechargeable NiMH batteries. They will work as well as lithium batteries in this particular case, although it can not last. Note that the link you provided, the details of product (presumably the manufacturer) may provide that the use of rechargeable batteries: they talk about battery life with NiMH batteries, which are the "cheap" rechargeable. Most digital cameras only work with rechargeable batteries … in some cases only with lithium batteries, which can satisfy the needs energy while smaller than NiMH or alkaline batteries. But if your camera is happy with AA alkaline batteries, to be happy with NiMH AA batteries too.

How do I turn the date and time to leave my digital camera?
I have a digital camera for Christmas. This a Canon Powershot A590 IS. I set that would include the date and time, and I do not really know what is still to do. Now I find it very annoying when the images have writing on the right corner, but I have no idea how to turn it off. Does anyone know because I tried to spend time with her, but I can not disable this setting. And I know I can not take pictures already in place in case you thought that's what I meant. I just want compensation so that any future take pictures did not time them. Thank you for your help! I read the manual and do not say anywhere.
Search page 23-24 of the manual. Without the camera in my hands, I'm not sure what all symbols mean. You may need to press the DISP. to scroll through the samples and the menu is visible on the LCD.
