Canon Powershot Lens Stuck
Lens error, restart the camera. Canon PowerShot A530?
My sister has a Canon A530 and she carried with her to Panama Beach and I think I could have reached the sand lens or something, because the objective was removed and we always try to turn the screen turns blue with the logo of Canon, but then it beeps four times and then the screen goes black and you "lens error, restart camera" appears. I've tried blowing air into the lens to clean the sand that may be there and even tried gently moving the goal while turning. I'm out of ideas! Any help would be great!
Take it to a professional. There sand in the lens and there is no way you can get out w / o damage your camera. Next time, try a Canon allweather if done to prevent this from happening again. I am afraid, but might just have to get a new camera.

Autoconfiguration does not work. among other problems.?
I have a Canon PowerShot A560 a week after I Christmas. However, some problems with it. Firstly, there is no automatic configuration, while the wheel is made clear at the head "AUTO" now says "portrait" to the screen and all parameters other works can be. The objective is stuck and it prevents switch on and off with ease, and click the strange noise. The images are blurry, even without moving the camera or anything whatsoever. I want to know why collapses when it is still new?
can be your manufacturing defect .. u can use the warranty replacement camera ..
